All letters are hand written in English, photographed by teachers, and exchanged via email.

To be included in the project you must:

​

•Receive permission to participate from administrators or supervisors 

​

•Submit a teacher intake form

​

•Submit a permission form for each participating student

​

​

After meeting all requirements, teachers will be notified and given further instructions. This school year  communication will be initiated by international students. After receiving first letters, international teachers will pair their students with one Palestinian student with whom they will correspond with from September 2026 until 2027.
